Categories

Tower One Individual Ascender - run, walk or crawl your way up the Tower One stairs. Select any wave time from wave 1-5.
Early bird: $40* | Standard: $50**

Tower One Multi-Climber - take on Tower One two or more times. Select the multi-climber ascender. On event day, you can take the climb in any wave category allowing you to do it again and again! This category should only be entered by experienced stair climbers and very fit athletes.
Early bird: $80* | Standard: $90**

Giant Steps Families and Friends Ascender - run, walk or crawl your way up Tower One. Select Giant Steps family and friends wave time.
Early bird: $40* | Standard: $50**

Elite Tower One Ascender - only for experienced stair climbers. Select the elite wave time.
Early bird: $40* | Standard: $50**

Fancy Dress - run, walk or crawl your way up Tower One. Select fancy dress wave time.

NB: Online registrations close at 4pm on Sat, August 3. Limited on the day entries will be available at the Tower One lobby area unless the event is sold out prior.

10 - 11am

10 - 10.10am: Elite Ascenders
10.10 - 10.25am: Individual Ascenders Wave 1
10.25 - 10.40am: Individual Ascenders Wave 2
10.40 - 10.55am: Individual Ascenders Wave 3

11 - 12 Noon

11 - 11.05am: Fancy Dress
11.05 - 11.20am: Giant Steps Families and Friends
11.20 - 11.35am: Individual Ascenders Wave 4
11.35 - 11.55am: Individual Ascenders Wave 5

RULES

• Please keep to the railing whilst climbing the stairwell.

• If it is obvious that someone wants to overtake you, please allow them to.

• Do not push, shove or block other runners.

• Failure to maintain good sportsmanship will result in disqualification.

• Assist other climbers if they require help at any stage.

• No Go Pro Style cameras to be worn during event. Filming of any kind in stair well is prohibited.

• Participants must be at least 8 years of age to participate in an individual category of the Tower One Stair Challenge, or 6+ years if participating in a duo or team category.
